Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Nodas Ventures LLC (“we”, “us”, “Easen”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use Easen at easen.ai or any associated apps. By using Easen, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, professional role, and industry. This helps us calibrate suggestions to your context.
Meeting audio. Audio is processed in real time via speech-to-text. We never store audio files — audio is discarded the moment transcription is complete.
Meeting transcripts. Transcripts of your meetings are stored in your personal account so you can reference them later.
Meeting memory. Decisions, action items, and contextual notes generated from your meetings are stored in your account.
Usage data. We collect anonymised usage metrics (session count, feature usage) to improve the product.
Payment information. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
2. How we use your information

3. Data storage and security
Your account and meeting data are stored in a secure cloud database with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
Audio is never written to disk. It is processed in real time and discarded immediately.
Payment data is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. We do not store payment information ourselves.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. Ever.
We do not share your meeting content with third parties for advertising or analytics.
Easen’s AI features use third-party language model APIs to generate suggestions. Your data is sent securely to these providers solely to produce your response. Our agreements with these providers prohibit them from using your data to train their models.
We may share anonymised, aggregated usage statistics for research or marketing purposes — for example, “the average Easen user is in 8 meetings per week.” This data cannot identify you.
5. Your rights
- Access all your data at any time from Settings
- Export your full account data in JSON format
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Request a data audit by emailing info@nodasventures.com
6. Data retention
- Active account data is retained while your account is active
- Deleted account data is removed within 30 days
- Audio data is never retained (real-time processing only)
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies only — they are required for authentication and to keep you signed in.
We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or analytics cookies that identify individual users.
8. Children’s privacy
Easen is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of Easen after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
