Microphone captures only your voice — ideal for in-person meetings. System Audio captures all participants in an online call, so Easen hears the full conversation and can detect questions from any speaker. For online meetings, System Audio is strongly recommended.

Select System Audio and start a meeting. macOS will prompt you for Screen Recording permission — click Allow. If you need to enable it manually: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording → enable Easen. System Audio captures meeting audio without sharing your screen.

Interview Mode is optimised for job interviews and mock interviews. It tailors every suggestion to the specific company and role you enter, and provides three response styles: Concise, STAR, and Insight — designed for behavioural and technical interview questions.

STAR stands for Situation, Task, Action, Result. It's the industry standard for answering behavioural interview questions. Easen structures your response across all four components, grounded in your actual experience from your uploaded resume and history.

Switch to Interview Mode on the Live screen. Enter the company name, role, and optionally upload your resume and job description. Easen uses these to tailor every suggestion to that specific opportunity.

After each Interview Mode session, Easen shows a performance report covering Responsiveness, Depth, and Range — scored out of 100 with a letter grade. Reports are saved to your History.

The Knowledge Hub is your personal professional memory. It stores meeting summaries, uploaded documents, relationship insights, and contextual history so Easen's suggestions improve with every meeting.

Ask Easen lets you query your full meeting history using natural language. Ask anything: "What decisions were made about the Q3 rollout?" or "What did I commit to in last week's client call?" — and get grounded answers from your actual meetings.

Yes. Upload proposals, resumes, project briefs, or reports before a meeting so Easen can ground suggestions in your actual material — not generic knowledge.

Yes. Easen references previous discussions, commitments, and recurring topics to provide increasingly contextual suggestions over time. The more you use it, the better it understands your professional world.

Go to History in the left navigation. Each meeting shows the summary, decisions, action items, and attendees. You can export the transcript or generate a follow-up email directly from any entry.

Processing can take up to 5 minutes for longer meetings. If the meeting was very short or captured little speech, no summary is generated. Check your internet connection if summaries consistently fail.

Yes — use Ask Easen in the Knowledge section to query your full history with natural language.
